14th of April -17th of April 2013, me and my mom 'accidentally' went to Bangkok. It's all because of Timot!. I didnt prepare anything in terms of itenary(where to go or what so ever) and we solely depends on my lil sis for that. Well, its her trip for one thing.................... Anyway, the trip was............... one of the best trip ever. I dont know why, but it just is! ! what we did? (✔)We've stucked in the Songkran Festival (✔)Made 10 hr return trip by train from Thon Buri to Wang Pho (✔)Hop into Chao Praya Tourist Boat (✔)Just wandering for a bit (✔)Shopping for more than 5 hours in a single Mall ! ! ! (✔)Relax~ All in all...I'm pretty happy..... And I've film lots of videos..... So...perhaps i should thank my sis for making me go for this one unexpected journey... eager to travel more ^^

The first two days we're in Saigon, we encounter 3 taxi incidents which mainly concerns the taxi fare. One of them, was downright horrifying. Prior to our journey to Saigon, I've made quite a research on that city. And in most of the websites that I've visited mention about the taxis in Saigon. After reading all of the warnings those blogs post, and gathering all the information I got, I felt quite confident with traveling around Saigon using taxi. Or so I thought. The first incident: Upon exiting the Arrival Hall at the airport, at the left side of the door, there were tons of wardens and taxis lined up to do their business. We walked away until at the end of the taxis as we want to take the Vinasun Taxi(as per suggested in many websites). At first I spoke to the Vinasun Taxi Warden to get us a taxi. But then, he suddenly disappear to do something I dont know what and come another warden in front of us and ushered us to the taxi beside the Vinasun Taxi. I was...

We're going back today!!!! Nothing much to do today as we got a flight to catch. So....before the flight thingie happen.... Breakfast! Ben Thanh market for the last minute shopping ! ! ! ! !  ^^ Snap snap......kachik kachik kachik....... There's so much places that I didn't go on this trip due to the lack of time. PS: Pandas ! if you read this, lets plan a trip to vietnam!

Today we're going to Cu Chi Tunnel!!! For those who dont know, go google it. Or just go take the tour  when you have the chance. We take the tour that was provided by the hotel. But the tour itself was actually from Tuan Travel Day Tours. We paid at the Hotel for the 1/2 day tour for 10USD. But I kinda notice that if you straight away go to their agency, it was like 3USD(if I'm not mistaken. But I'm pretty sure it was less than 5USD). The Admission fee to the Cu Chi Tunnel is VND90,000(more or less 4.5USD) Anyway, that morning, at 7.a.m., we had breakfast at Basiroh. By 7.45 a.m., a bus will drop by our hotel and fetch us. It was not until 8a.m. that the bus drove away from it's parking spot because we were waiting on people to get into the bus. But then, we still not heading to the Cu Chi Tunnel. We stopped at 2 Tuan Travel Day Tours's place to fetch the tour guide and the people joining the tour. 8.20 a.m., we finally hit the road. Our tour guide was a war veter...

The day before, we decided to change our hotel despite the good service. Location of the hotel is vital for us to fulfill our purposes of going to Saigon. So we've google'ed a bit, got some information on the internet, and booked our selves a room near Ben Tanh Market. USD37 for 3 person per night was not bad. Change to Saigon Pink 2 Hotel what's great about this hotel? Ben Tanh Market just a block away. And! there are TWO Halal Food Restaurant just in front of the hotel. Aint that the most convenient thing?. The 2 Kedai Makan Anyway, we reach our hotel around 9-10? a.m. and we wont be able to check ourselves in up till 2p.m.. So, we decided to leave our bags at the Hotel's reception(those were nice staffs. Thank god we were blessed with nice hotel services) and began our task as tourists ^^...but important things first. 26th of September 2012, my Mom, Imah and Me went to Ho Chi Minh City(previously known as Saigon) The flite took about 2 hours to reach HCMC's airport. We bought Bukhara Chicken Briyani(pre-booked) and it was ok-ish. It was raining that day. And the ride kinda bumpy. Felt like riding a roller-coaster(I love roller coaster!) During our stays in Ho Chi Minh City(lets just call Saigon after this shall we? HCMC is just too long), we have quite a few incidents with the taxi. I'm going to make a post just on that. Later. For now, let's just go tru what we've done on the 1st day, yes? So, we checked-in to our hotel. The hotel was good. The room was okay(love the bath tub!). Service was great, tho it's a bit hard to understand what the staffs are trying to say(english). We even asked them to book the water puppet ticket for us. Wi-Fi connection was okay. The only thing that was a bit unfortunate for us was the location of that hotel. It's quite far from the Dist...

Last weekend, My Parents, Imah and I went to Port Dickson. My Father had some work stuffs that he had to do and the rest of us decided to tag along. Before we go there, I asked my father the hotel that we're going to stay. And he answered Tiara Beach Resort. By the name of that resort, one would think that it's located beside a beach. Nu-uh. Might want to think again. There's no beach! Even if you stretched out your eyes, you wont see them. Oh.. There's a makeshift beach. A pool that they make it look like a beach.The water is dirrty though. Nevertheless, I found that kids to love the pool. One thing that so annoying and irritated the heck of us was the Karaoke. Open Karaoke!. I dont care if they want to sing their heart out if they did it in a Karaoke Room. But to sing it on an open stage? have some consideration will ya! it's night. 2011 .....banya cerita sedih yang berlaku. Tetapi, ia bukan la hanya zaman gelap semata2. Banyak je lagi bende2 best yang terjadi. Cumenye, yang best ter-tenggelam dengan yang tak best. I still remember, growing up, I always have this little wish that one day I would make myself climb the Great Wall of China. And I did And I am sooooo proud that I've been to one of the 7 wonders! the climb was incredibly exhausting. well, what to be expect. I never exercise. so my stamina is a little bit not that good. Stamina is one thing, but the steps(the stairs?), they are not at the same height! sometimes one steps is so much steeper than the other. And going down is much harder than going up. my reason? your legs were already shaky after the strenuous workout of climbing up the wall. but when you're going down, you sort of have to make sure that your foot are plant securely on top of the stairs and pray that your legs wont give up. honestly, I never knew that climbing down stairs is as much a workout for legs as it was climbing up. gile berotot aku kalo setiap hari turun naik tangga great wall tuh. but I've got one trick that I learned while struggling ma...
