I smell treasures!

After a week full of excruciating flu followed closely by the dem sinus, I finally almost free of them. Yay ! !  Let me tell ya, those sinus were really something. My whole face was in pain! So much pain that I got fever. I even put tiger balm repeatedly(several thick layer mind ya) on my face. By now my face's skin has already used to them =___=  .  Add to that, I kinda lost a little bit of smell and taste abilities TT_______TT . That was scary...!!!!  But,I guess thanks to them, I kinda eat less(my teeth were super sensitive and my jaw hurts when I open my mouth) and I drank lots of hot water(Not warm water. The hot water kinda sooth out the achiness.) AND ! I manage to avoid cold drinks(have been forever tried to ditch those). Anyway.... Enough about that... I found these tonight...... heeeheeeheee.... These 2 were the few notes written by ayah and emak. From those notes, I kinda found out that I had appetite trouble. Heh..That was surely cured now!

Ho Chi Minh City - Taxi

The first two days we're in Saigon, we encounter 3 taxi incidents which mainly concerns the taxi fare. One of them, was downright horrifying. Prior to our journey to Saigon, I've made quite a research on that city. And in most of the websites that I've visited mention about the taxis in Saigon. After reading all of the warnings those blogs post, and gathering all the information I got, I felt quite confident with traveling around Saigon using taxi. Or so I thought. The first incident: Upon exiting the Arrival Hall at the airport, at the left side of the door, there were tons of wardens and taxis lined up to do their business. We walked away until at the end of the taxis as we want to take the Vinasun Taxi(as per suggested in many websites). At first I spoke to the Vinasun Taxi Warden to get us a taxi. But then, he suddenly disappear to do something I dont know what and come another warden in front of us and ushered us to the taxi beside the Vinasun Taxi. I was

Sihat sebelum sakit

" Ayah..sesak nafas tu apa?".  Selepas 3 kali soalan itu diputar-putarkan berulang kali, hampir aku menoleh ke sebelah kiri dan jawab pertanyaan budak comel tu,  " Adik, sesak nafas tu...contohnye macam kakak ni. Nak nafas tak boleh. Tarik la nafas sekuat mana pon, udara tanak gak masuk-masuk dalam terowong pernafasan akak. Kesian akak dik. Dua-dua lubang hidung akak ni kene sumbat dengan hingus yang degil lagi menggatal nak buat perhimpunan haram. Akak terpaksa bernafas ikut mulut je dik. Rasa macam nak lemas je sebab kurang udara. Itu lah sesak nafas. Paham dah dik?." Nasib baik ayah budak

Oh My English !

Reading back my previous post, I was like.......the sentences are kinda weird..... freaking grammatically error everywhere English.....*sigh*. Gotta look back at my English TextBook and revised them back. It's not that I dont want to write in Malay, but I figured that if dont keep on writing in English, those skills/knowledge will fade. These kind of things need practice. Right? And if you must know, for one freaking post, I spent for at least 30 minutes-1 hour before it can be published. The most frustrating things that keep on happened to me for every post was that I always could not find the word. The freaking word! ! !  *sigh* My head make sentences in Malay, so I had to translate it in English which often didnt come out as fast as I want to. Just because I couldn't remember the English word for it. Dang to ke dang dang dang it!!! That's for written English. Now, for spoken English.... Now that I'm unemployed, I haven't spoke in English as much as I

Ho Chi Minh City - day 3

Today we're going to Cu Chi Tunnel!!! For those who dont know, go google it. Or just go take the tour  when you have the chance. We take the tour that was provided by the hotel. But the tour itself was actually from Tuan Travel Day Tours. We paid at the Hotel for the 1/2 day tour for 10USD. But I kinda notice that if you straight away go to their agency, it was like 3USD(if I'm not mistaken. But I'm pretty sure it was less than 5USD). The Admission fee to the Cu Chi Tunnel is VND90,000(more or less 4.5USD) Anyway, that morning, at 7.a.m., we had breakfast at Basiroh. By 7.45 a.m., a bus will drop by our hotel and fetch us. It was not until 8a.m. that the bus drove away from it's parking spot because we were waiting on people to get into the bus. But then, we still not heading to the Cu Chi Tunnel. We stopped at 2 Tuan Travel Day Tours's place to fetch the tour guide and the people joining the tour. 8.20 a.m., we finally hit the road. Our tour guide was a war veter

Ho Chi Minh City - day 2

The day before, we decided to change our hotel despite the good service. Location of the hotel is vital for us to fulfill our purposes of going to Saigon. So we've google'ed a bit, got some information on the internet, and booked our selves a room near Ben Tanh Market. USD37 for 3 person per night was not bad. Change to Saigon Pink 2 Hotel what's great about this hotel? Ben Tanh Market just a block away. And! there are TWO Halal Food Restaurant just in front of the hotel. Aint that the most convenient thing?. The 2 Kedai Makan Anyway, we reach our hotel around 9-10? a.m. and we wont be able to check ourselves in up till 2p.m.. So, we decided to leave our bags at the Hotel's reception(those were nice staffs. Thank god we were blessed with nice hotel services) and began our task as tourists ^^...but important things first. Fueled up our stomach's tank at Basiroh! Tank fulled, hopped on to a taxi that just hanging around waiting for a customer in front of
