1. Drink water before and after every meal : I totally can do this ^^
2. do Ab exercises ever day : When she said doing 5 is better than none, I was hooked!! totally going to do just that. If I can do 5 everyday, then there are chances that I could totally make it to 300....right? (0.0)
3. do not eat 3 or 4 hours before sleep : These days I kept on eating maggie before I went to bed. I know that it's bad, but I have food cravings......gotta get rid off that habit huh?
4. dont wear tight pants but wear tighter clothes so you are awere of your body : As a muslimah, we should not wear tight clothes........I kept on reminding that to meself (-u-)...anyway, I think I'm going to change from wearing tighter clothes tips to dont slouch and straighten your back when you sit down. Okay?
5. avoid sugar wheats and whites : This, I'm not sure can be avoided........but I'm determine to at least ditch sugared drinks (air sirap? NO! air oren? NO! air sarsi? NO! CocaCola?....no)
6. don'T eat more than a size of a fist : Done!
7. go for a liquid diet : Going to try this for 2-3 days per week
8. Ditch fast food! : gotta add this to the list...
